Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 29, 2026

1. Overview

Videa is operated by an individual developer and provides AI generation services through paid credits and subscriptions. This policy explains when refunds, credit returns, or billing corrections may be available.

2. Credit-Based Purchases

  • Unused one-time credit packs may be eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Credits that have already been consumed by generation requests are not refundable.
  • If a generation fails after credits are deducted, Videa will automatically return the credits when the failure is detected by the system.
  • Credits used for prohibited, abusive, or policy-violating requests are not eligible for refund.

3. Subscriptions

  • You may cancel a subscription to stop future renewals.
  • After cancellation, paid access generally remains available until the end of the current billing period.
  • Monthly subscription charges are generally not prorated once the billing period has started.
  • Annual subscriptions may be reviewed case by case for unused future periods, but credits already granted or consumed are not refundable.

4. Full Refunds and Billing Corrections

Full refunds or billing corrections may be available for:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Incorrect charge amounts
  • Unauthorized transactions
  • Purchases where paid credits or subscription access were not delivered
  • Documented platform errors that prevent use of the purchased service

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Consumed credits or completed generation tasks
  • Change-of-mind requests after using paid features
  • Prompts or uploads rejected for violating our safety policies
  • Accounts suspended for fraud, abuse, or Terms violations
  • External factors outside Videa's control, such as third-party outages after credits have already been returned where applicable

6. How to Request a Refund

Send refund requests to support@videa.video with:

  • Your account email address
  • Order number, checkout ID, or transaction ID
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the request
  • Any relevant screenshots or error messages

We aim to respond within 1-2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when supported by the payment provider.
