Videa is operated by an individual developer. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Videa, available at https://videa.video, including our AI video generation tools, account features, credits, subscriptions, and related services.

By using Videa, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Videa provides AI-assisted image and video generation workflows. Users can upload reference images, submit prompts, create generation tasks, purchase credits, and manage generated results through their account.

AI generation results may vary and are not guaranteed to match a prompt exactly. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using or publishing it.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Videa is intended for users who are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of legal consent in their jurisdiction.

4. AI Safety and Acceptable Use

You may not use Videa to create, request, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others. Prohibited content includes:

• Adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, or NSFW content
• Sexual content involving minors or any child sexual abuse material
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexualized depictions of real people
• Unauthorized deepfakes, impersonation, or misleading depictions of real people
• Harassment, hate, threats, or content targeting protected groups
• Graphic violence, self-harm encouragement, or instructions for wrongdoing
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other rights
• Attempts to bypass safety filters, moderation systems, payment risk controls, or platform limits

We may block prompts, reject generation requests, remove content, suspend accounts, or refuse service when we believe these Terms or our safety policies are violated. Credits consumed through prohibited or abusive use may not be refunded.

5. Payments, Credits, and Subscriptions

Videa uses paid credits and subscription plans. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Creem. Prices, renewal periods, and credit amounts are shown at checkout.

• Credits are consumed when you request paid generation features.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
• Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges; access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
• Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

6. User Content and Rights

You retain ownership of prompts, uploads, and other content you submit, subject to rights you grant us to operate the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload reference images and use generated outputs.

You grant Videa a limited license to process your prompts, uploads, and generated results solely to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Videa is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that generated content will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Videa and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill.

8. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. We may also suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the platform, or misuse the service.
